Acro concentrates on floor skills that develop strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. This recreational program teaches tumbling and floor exercises for beginners through advanced, learning mat skills according to individual capabilities. Jumps, leaps, and conditioning are also reinforced in the class. |

Attire: any color biketard or a full leotard with/or without fitted shorts. NO baggy shorts and/or shirts and NO jeans. |
