| The perfect class for any age or level. Pilates style techniques in this class will help promote the elongation of tight muscles and flexibility, with special emphasis on core strengthening. This class is provided as the warm-up at the beginning of each day for each age group. Yoga mats and stretch bands are used in class. Students may purchase or bring from home. |
| Attire: any color leotard or fitted shirt, jazz pant/capris/booty shorts. |
